Additional allergen information
At Wraps & Wings, we prepare all food in kitchens where allergens are present and shared equipment is used. While we take every reasonable precaution to handle your food carefully, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
Removing an ingredient from your order (for example, requesting no cheese or no sauce) does not guarantee that the final product will be free from that allergen.
- Due to the handling and preparation of cheese and other dairy products throughout our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from traces of milk, even where a customer has requested that cheese or other dairy ingredients be removed from their order.
- Our kitchen uses shared preparation areas, utensils, cooking equipment, and storage facilities. As a result, all menu items may come into contact with one or more of the 14 recognised allergens.
- All food at Wraps & Wings is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil. Although we maintain high food safety standards, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination between products cooked in the same oil or prepared within the same kitchen environment will not occur.
Delivery
For delivery orders, Wraps & Wings cannot guarantee that your meal will not come into contact with other allergens during transport. Delivery couriers may carry:
- Other Wraps & Wings orders containing different allergens; and/or
- Orders from other restaurants or businesses at the same time.
For this reason, there is an additional risk of allergen cross-contact during delivery that is outside of our control.
Customer responsibility
Customers with food allergies or intolerances are encouraged to:
- Request an allergen chart from a member of staff.
- Review our allergen information before purchasing.
If you have a severe food allergy or have been advised to avoid even trace amounts of an allergen, we recommend that you carefully consider whether our food is suitable, as we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
