Can I dine in?
It depends on the store. Some of our locations have space to eat in, some are collection or delivery only. Each store is clearly labelled on our locations page, so check there to see what's available before you head down.
How do I order online?
Tap Order Delivery or Click & Collect, choose your are or add your postcode, then pick your delivery partner or collection store. You'll browse the full menu and check out through the partner.
Something's wrong with my order, what do I do?
If your delivery order arrived incomplete, incorrect, or late, get in touch with the delivery partner you ordered through (Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat) directly, they handle order-level support. For anything else, or for an in-store order, contact us and we'll sort it.
What payment methods do you accept in-store?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless payments and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay at most locations. Cash is also accepted in-store.

Is Wraps & Wings halal?
Yes. Every item on the Wraps & Wings menu is 100% Halal. Our chicken is independently verified halal. This applies to all locations and all menu items, always.
Where can I find allergen information?
Please review our current allergen guide before ordering. In our restaurants, the team can provide access to the full allergen guide. Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle multiple allergens, so we cannot guarantee that allergen cross-contact will not occur. Our team cannot advise whether a product is suitable for an individual allergy.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes, our milkshakes are made with real Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Thick, cold and worth every sip.

Yes. Many of our menu items can be customised with the options available. Depending on the item, you can choose from a selection of sauces, add-ons, and other available extras to make it just the way you like.
Is the menu always the same, or does it change?
The core menu stays familiar, but we run limited-time flavours and drops regularly, so there's always something new worth trying alongside your usual order.

How far in advance do I need to book catering?
As early as you can, especially for larger orders, so we can make sure your nearest store has everything ready for you in time.
Is catering halal too?
Yes. Every catering order is exactly as halal as everything else on our menu, no exceptions.
